If your answer is ‘yes’ to any of these questions, you should be a part of the 2011 Gandhi-King Youth Conference in coordination with the Gandhi-King Conference on Peacemaking! If you attend the Gandhi-King Youth Conference, you will learn great ways advocate for peace and justice in your community, city, state, region, and even country. Be the change!
How much time is involved?
The Youth Conference is a one-day experience at Christian Brothers University on Friday, October 21, 2011. Registration begins at 7:30 a.m., and the Cofnerence kicks off at 8:30 a.m.
How much will it cost? Participants pay $20, although need-based aid is given upon request. The Conference registration fee pays for a light breakfast, lunch, and program materials for the one-day Conference on Friday as part of the Gandhi-King Youth Conference. As an added bonus, registration/participation in the Conference allows youth participants to take full part in the Gandhi-King Conference on Peacemaking on Friday evening and all of Saturday and Sunday. Please note that meals for Saturday and Sunday are not included in the Youth Conference registration fee.
